Shipping and Returns

 

  1. All orders placed through our website are shipped USPS priority. If faster shipping is necessary, the buyer must make arrangements before the purchase is finalized and, depending on the circumstances, extra charges may apply.
  2. Mason Coins has a Three Day return privilege. If you plan to return something, you must notify us by phone within 3 days of receipt of the merchandise. All returns must be mailed back no later than 5 days from the date of receipt. All exceptions must be approved in advance of regular return privilege timetables.
  3. If a return is necessary, please call us for instructions as to how to ship the item back to us. The purchaser maintains all responsibility for the return items until it is received by our company. Any purchaser who does not follow our instructions for the shipping item being returned, voids our offer to any refund.
  4. There is a restocking fee on all returned items. Our normal restocking fee is 10% and since coins are a market driven item, this fee may be higher if the market has dropped since the time of purchase.
  5. Shipping costs are based on total weight of items ordered plus actual packing materials costs. Insurance costs are based on total value of items ordered. The  U.S. Postal Service Rate Calculator is used to determine these costs.
  6. Shipment via other carriers (UPS, FEDEX, etc) is available upon request.
  7. No item may be returned if it has been removed from its original holder.
